Fine Arts Museums’ Mid Winter Gala & Allergic Living

The San Francisco Fine Arts Museum’s 2011 Mid Winter Gala at the De Young Museum was a safe haven for severely food allergic guests. BAAAB CEO Mireille Schwartz was an event Co-Chair this year and worked closely with Owner & Caterer Dan McCall to ensure the meal wouldn’t end up with a trip to the ER or the use of an EpiPen.
It takes a lot of organizing to attend a gala dinner with severe food allergy, but with careful strategic planning – in advance – you can do it, too!
